Cycle has designed Williamsburg's first commercial office building to be set on the rapidly developing Wythe Avenue strip. Working within stringent zoning height and parking regulations, the design incorporates development rights from several existing adjacent sites.
Large retail spaces are planned along Wythe Avenue, with high ceilings and potential expansion into cellar and mezzanine spaces. A health care facility is planned for the lower block of the building, with smaller office spaces above. The top of the building will host a rooftop bar/restaurant space and offer splendid views of the city.
