Metropolitan Avenue
Together with a sign painting company, Cycle is renovating a 5,000 Square Foot industrial building on the shore of Newtown Creek, and adding a 2500 Square Foot addition to the roof. The new and renovated structure will be suitable for use either as an industrial space or for the creation and display of art. A challenging site with limited access, the existing building’s condition called for extensive remedial repairs.
