Schermerhorn & Bond

Cycle provided planning, zoning, and design services for the development of a 165,000 SF mixed use development on a 18,000 SF site in downtown Brooklyn.  The project comprised a 200 key hotel with meeting facilities, ground floor retail uses, and 30 residential units.  Located atop a city subway line, the project would receive a bonus of zoning bonus for the provision of a dedicated subway entrance.
