West 14th Street
Cycle designed exterior renovations to the facade of a 3-building condominium fronting on both 14th and 15th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The building’s windows will be replaced with efficient and nearly sound-proof triple pane glazing and the facade elevations are scheduled to receive new insulated rainscreens which will improve energy performance and tenant comfort. The brick masonry at the 15th street elevation will be restored to remain contextually appropriate.
